Mission Statement
To aid and assist victims of the Vietnam War (1962 to 1975) focusing on children and young adults who grew up without the benefits of a father/grandfather. To provide an opportunity to Vietnam Veteran servicemen to be involved in programs of this foundation.

The Waifs of War Foundation was established in March 2004 by a group of individuals concerned with improving the lives of the children born to Vietnamese mothers and Vietnam War servicemen fathers – the Waifs of War. Many waifs have had limited or no access to education, legal and health services, and many have been working as slaves or are living on the streets. Waifs of war are now adults and now many have families of their own. As a result, the children of waifs of war, War Waifs 2nd generation, have inherited their parent’s poverty and lack of opportunity.

The Waifs of War Foundation and website are currently being developed. We need your support to help set up our programs and to help us help the Waifs of War. We are continuously accepting volunteers to aid our programs. Your participation in any of the Foundation’s programs is highly appreciated. Participation by individual, group or corporate providers is available. Inquiries and contributions can be made through this website. Click on the appropriate link in the left hand menu for further information. You can also help by spreading the word about the Foundation to your family, friends and work colleagues.
